We use this data only to answer your enquiry, for further communication with you and, where relevant, to discuss a possible cooperation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Retention:<\/strong> for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and the follow-up communication, at most 3 years from the last contact. If a contract results from it, we keep the data for the term of the contract and the retention periods required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Messages from the form are also stored in the website administration and sent by e-mail to the controller&#8217;s mailbox.<\/p>\n<p>The form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile and may be checked by Akismet. These services process technical data such as your IP address and browser details, and Akismet also the content of the message.<\/p>\n<h2>Website operation and security<\/h2>\n<p>When you visit the website, technical data is processed automatically \u2013 IP address, browser and device type, time of access and pages visited. We need it to display the website, keep it secure and solve technical problems (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are kept only as long as necessary.<\/p>\n<h2>Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)<\/h2>\n<p>Only if you consent in the cookie banner do we measure website traffic with Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), loaded via Google Tag Manager. This tells us which pages are read and where visitors come from, so that we can improve the website. Without your consent, Google Analytics does not run and no analytics cookies are stored. To run the website and communicate with you, we use the following processors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>web hosting provider \u2013 storage of the website and database,<\/li>\n<li>Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) \u2013 delivery and security of the website, form protection (Turnstile),<\/li>\n<li>Brevo SAS (France) \u2013 sending e-mail notifications from the form,<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Ireland) \u2013 e-mail mailbox (Microsoft 365),<\/li>\n<li>Automattic Inc. (USA) \u2013 spam checking (Akismet),<\/li>\n<li>Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) \u2013 Google Tag Manager and, with your consent, Google Analytics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cloudflare, Automattic and Google may transfer data to the USA.
